What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting daily field activities, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between the site and office. From managing timecards and cost coding to preparing invoicing documents and supporting project controls, your work will directly impact the success of our marine construction projects.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Coordinating Daily LEMs (Labour, Equipment, Materials) and timecard systems
• Collaborating with site supervisors and project managers
• Organizing and submitting documentation for invoicing and reporting
• Supporting job cost tracking, revenue reporting, and material takeoffs
• Preparing RFIs, technical submittals, and fieldwork packages
• Assisting with quality control and on-site material tracking
• Promoting a proactive safety culture on-site

What We’re Looking For

• EIT, AScT, or equivalent trade experience
• Industrial / marine construction background is a strong asset
• Familiarity with construction field operations and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and First Aid Level 1 are assets
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset

Bonus Points If You Have

• Accounting knowledge or experience
• Background in trades with an understanding of heavy industrial systems
• A passion for solving problems and driving results in the field

Salary Range : $80,000 - $105,000
