Job summary

Taylor Ryan is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Calgary to lead multimillion-dollar ICI projects for a tier 1 contractor.

You will develop plans, manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources, while monitoring costs and ensuring on-time delivery. The role offers a strong compensation package including $120,000–$180,000 CAD, vehicle and company bonus, plus extended benefits and RRSP matching.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years experience with a general contractor in Canada.
• Experience managing large institutional, commercial, or industrial projects ($20–$100 million).
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and schedules.

Taylor Ryan is currently searching for a Construction Project Manager in Calgary to lead multimillion-dollar ICI (Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial) construction projects. Our client is tier 1 general contractor looking for people to join their growing team. What You'll Do:

• Create and maintain project schedules, including milestone dates and critical path activities. Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.

• Project management of large institutional, commercial, or industrial projects ($20-100 Million) through various construction methods and delivery models such as Design Build, Construction Management, or IPD.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
