Job summary

Groupe Sani-Tech, a Quebec-based construction subcontractor, seeks a site coordinator to join our on-site team in Montreal. You’ll take precise measurements, visit sites, and report daily progress to the project management team.

Requirements include 3–5 years in construction/site management, DEC or DEP, ASP card, bilingual English/French, and strong analytical skills. We offer a flexible schedule and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• DEC in architecture or DEP in carpentry/joinery required.
• 3–5 years in construction and site management.
• ASP card required (CCQ not required).
• Good physical condition; able to lift heavy loads.
• Bilingual English and French, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project management team.
• Take precise measurements on construction sites.
• Conduct site progress visits.
• Submit daily measurement/work-progress reports.
• Resolve site-related issues and propose improvements.
• Communicate with site foremen and conduct follow-up visits.
• Occasionally act as site representative.
• Actively contribute to the company’s objectives while promoting improvements in work methods.

Requirements

• College diploma in architecture (DEC) or vocational diploma in carpentry and joinery (DEP)
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the construction and site management field
• ASP card required (CCQ card not required)
• Be in good physical condition (lifting heavy loads, extensive driving)
• Good knowledge of the Greater Montreal area
• Proficient with computers
• Be versatile and possess excellent analytical skills
• Be a proactive, solution-oriented person
• Maintain positive relationships with clients
• Functional English and French, both spoken and written
