Job summary

Michael Page International Canada is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive full-cycle mid-rise residential experience to lead projects from scope through delivery in Ontario. You will collaborate with senior management to define goals, develop plans, and manage resources and budgets for multiple concurrent developments.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid track record in contract management, and deep knowledge of OHSA compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant full cycle mid-rise residential experience in a Construction environment.
  • Ideally worked with Developers, in an Owner's Representative capacity understanding how to bring a project from SPA, working drawings to starting the project and building themselves
  • Experience managing multiple large construction contracts involving consultants, construction firms and general contractors.
  • Solid background in preparing and administering consulting and construction agreements
  • Knowledgeable of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
