  • Coordinate campaign execution across platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant media channels.

  • Partner closely with Media, Creative, Strategy, Analytics, Account Management, Production, and QA teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

  • Facilitate project and campaign meetings, drive discussions, document decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned campaigns, maintaining clear communication across internal teams, clients, and partners.

  • Manage campaign scope and proactively identify and address risks, issues, dependencies, and changes throughout the campaign lifecycle.

  • Support campaign intake, scoping, estimation, resource planning, and timelines.

  • Coordinate creative asset requirements, specifications, approvals, trafficking, and delivery across media platforms.

  • Ensure campaign assets and deliverables meet platform specifications, quality standards, and launch requirements.

  • Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates on timelines, deliverables, risks, and overall campaign status.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure campaign objectives, targeting, messaging, creative, and execution remain aligned.

  • Support campaign reporting, post-launch activities, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows, processes, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to Critical Mass quality standards.

You Have
  • 3–5+ years of project management experience within digital, media, advertising, marketing, creative, or customer experience agencies.

  • Hands‑on experience managing digital media campaigns from planning and setup through launch and completion.

  • Experience working with Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) or similar ad‑serving/campaign management platforms.
