We are currently seeking a Project Manager to plan and manage projects to ensure all contractual commitments are met on time and within budget. The role requires interpersonal and leadership skills, along with an understanding of project financials to determine necessary resources. The Project Manager will lead a multi-disciplinary team, monitor project performance, and forecast revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Negotiate, develop, monitor, and control the scope of deliverables, work plans, schedules, and budgets for all project stages.
2. Develop detailed work plans for architectural and engineering disciplines, allocate hours, and monitor progress.
3. Lead an integrated team in quality assurance and quality control procedures for all deliverables, especially construction drawings and specifications.
4. Manage project scope changes, negotiate solutions to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
5. Coordinate with contractors, sub-consultants, and authorities to address constructability or owner concerns.
6. Act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and project teams to maintain strong relationships.

Required Skills

• Experience with architectural or engineering systems design, M&E, structural systems, permits, and building codes.
• Registration with a professional association is preferred.
• Experience in strategic development, business development, project management, and client management.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
• Understanding of project accounting for performance monitoring and revenue forecasting.
