Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring a MAC Project Manager to lead moves, adds and changes initiatives with a focus on large-scale furniture reconfigurations and AV moves. You will manage data accuracy, occupancy planning, and KPI compliance while coordinating with clients and internal teams in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a project manager, a relevant degree, and proficiency in MS Office and project tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-graduate experience as a Project Manager.
• Commercial or retail fit-out experience required.
• Recognized university degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• PMP certification highly desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver MAC activities within an assigned portfolio.
• Coordinate large furniture reconfigurations and AV/move requests.
• Ensure data accuracy in move management and OP systems.
• Provide updated floor plans to maintain occupancy information.
• Prepare and review project status reports and invoices.
• Prepare RFPs and vendor levels for services.
• Manage client requirements with cost and schedule focus.
• Maintain documentation for due diligence and financials.
• Develop and nurture client relationships and new opportunities.
• Communicate best practices and ensure policy compliance.

Job Description

• Plan and deliver all MAC activities within an assigned portfolio


• Process large furniture reconfigurations, large AV and large\\project move requests


• Ensure data accuracy within move management and OP systems


• Provide updated floor plans to OP to maintain occupancy information


• Ensure compliance with all key performance indicators


• Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment.


• Coordinate and participate in planning meetings with the client, Occupancy Planning and other key stakeholders, Facility Manager, Project Manager and Construction Manager; as required


• Prepare/update project status reports, review invoices and ensure timely payment, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.


• Prepare various RFP’s & level for vendor and contractor services for the complete project.


• Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner


• Incorporation of “best practices” into all projects


• Ensure MAC processes are managed in accordance with the client’s and T&T’s policies and procedures


• Evaluate vendors to ensure compliance with the standards of performance


• Ensure all project initiation, execution and closeout documentation are complete


• Directly responsible for enhancing and maintaining existing client relationships and by developing new relationships.


• Functions as a subject matter expert for a specific product or service. Able to communicate all available products and service offerings of the Firm.


• Comply with all T&T policies and procedures, including but not limited to time & expenses, ethics and business practice

5+years of experienceas a Project Manager inassistingor supervising construction

Commercial or retail fit out experience isrequired

A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering,Architectureor a relevant subject

PMPcertification is highly desirable

Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel,PowerPoint, & Project or P6.

Strongwithnumbers, technology, and web‑based data platforms.

The base salary range for this full-time role is $75,000 - $120,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
