Job summary

Michael Page Canada is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager for a nationally established residential developer. You will lead full project lifecycles in mid-rise construction across Canada, coordinating internal teams and external consultants to deliver on time and within budget.

Role requires a track record with developers, strong contract management and OHSA knowledge; offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits in a dynamic corporate culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant full cycle mid-rise residential experience in a Construction environment.
• Ideally worked with Developers, in an Owner's Representative capacity understanding how to bring a project from SPA, working drawings to starting the project and building themselves
• Experience managing multiple large construction contracts involving consultants, construction firms and general contractors.
• Solid background in preparing and administering consulting and construction agreements
• Knowledgeable of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

• Estimate the resources and personnel required to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and finalizing projects within budget while adhering to deadlines. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan with and understanding of the planning and approvals process.

Our client is a nationally established residential Developer that has experience building landmark projects around the across Canada.

Job Offer

$130,000- $170,000 base salary plus bonus
