The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project management, specifically in building renovation and new constructions valued between $2 million and $100 million. Responsibilities include managing project teams, maintaining schedules, and ensuring effective communication with clients and contractors. IFAB Engineering Partners Ltd. is seeking serious applicants for a Project Manager . Work is at the intermediate to senior level, performed in collaboration with a full complement of designers and engineers from a variety of engineering disciplines. The Project Manager leads the scope, schedule, and budget definitions for the project, and acts as the primary point of contact with both clients and contractors, all aimed at achieving the optimal design and value for the clients with the maximum profitability for IFAB Engineering. Project sizes range from small building renovation to multi-million dollar new builds.
The ideal candidate for this position would have experience in building project management systems, including leading design teams, administering tenders, working with local authorities, cost forecasting, scheduling, and CCDC contract administration. Previous experience with building designs or construction as well as knowledge of food and beverage industry would be an asset.
