Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead projects for our enterprise clients. You will analyze requirements, develop designs, and implement cloud-based solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate is experienced with diverse customer sizes, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is confident with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive implementation of AI and digital solutions.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships.
• Lead regular project status meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage CRM and AI software projects, ensuring effective integration.
• Coordinate IT teams to align business requirements with technical design.
• Assess business impacts at each project stage.
• Act as Agile Scrum Master, guiding SDLC processes.
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to the team daily.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with Salesforce or similar platforms.

• Experience managing Salesforce projects as a PM or Scrum leader.
