EllisDon is seeking a Project Manager for Insurance Assessment to lead building and cost consulting on mid to large loss insurance claims and other construction projects. The role requires coordinating with clients and stakeholders, assessing restoration needs, and preparing budgets and scopes of work.
Ideal candidates will have a background in restoration, insurance, or construction PM, a relevant degree, and professional designations. Willingness to travel within Western Canada is expected.
Deliver services as a Building Consultant or Cost Consultant on mid to large loss insurance claims and other construction related projects.
Provide excellent communication between our clients and project stakeholders.
Assess restoration measures onsite, develop scope of repairs, monitor and report on site activity and prepare budgets and other estimating exercises as required.
Review Building Code compliance issues and upgrade requirements with consultants and provide recommendations.
Prepare and implement competitive tender packages for contractors and trades.
Serve as the main point of contact for all project related activities for stakeholders as well as EllisDon management.
