Job summary

EllisDon is seeking a Project Manager for Insurance Assessment to lead building and cost consulting on mid to large loss insurance claims and other construction projects. The role requires coordinating with clients and stakeholders, assessing restoration needs, and preparing budgets and scopes of work.

Ideal candidates will have a background in restoration, insurance, or construction PM, a relevant degree, and professional designations. Willingness to travel within Western Canada is expected.

Qualifications

• Restoration, insurance or construction project management experience is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Construction, Project Management, Architectural, Engineering, or Trade Certification would be an asset.
• CIP, PQS, CIQS, RICS, CIP, PMP, CRM designations and/or various IICRC certifications would be an asset.
• Willing to travel out of town within Western Canada when required.
• Ability to delegate tasks to internal team members and ensure deliverables are always met.
