Job summary

JobsMedia.io is seeking a Project Manager specialized in Industrial Engineering to drive lean initiatives across production sites. You will be at the core of continuous improvement, translating shop-floor observations into value streams and actionable projects.

The role requires leading Kaizen events, implementing OEE and takt-time metrics, and collaborating with operators, engineers, and senior management to prioritize efforts. Hybrid work with site visits in the Montreal area is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, or logistics.
• 3–6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Lean tools: VSM, 5S, SMED, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, PDCA.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (green or black belt) is an asset.
• Excellent project management and team facilitation skills.
• Functional bilingualism (French/English) required.

About The Position

We are looking for a Project Manager passionate about continuous improvement to join a team of professionals dedicated to optimizing production sites. You will be at the heart of lean initiatives, from the shop floor to management.
