Job summary

JobsMedia.io is seeking a Project Manager focused on continuous improvement to optimize production sites and drive lean initiatives from shop floor to management. The role emphasizes hands-on Kaizen leadership and value-stream mapping to reduce waste and improve flow.

Required are 3–6 years in a manufacturing setting, strong project management, bilingual French/English, and proficiency with lean tools such as VSM, 5S, and PDCA. Hybrid work with site travel in the Montreal area is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, or logistics.
• 3–6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean tools experience including VSM, 5S, SMED, Kanban, Poka‑Yoke, PDCA.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (green or black belt is an asset).
• Excellent project management and team facilitation skills.
• Functional bilingualism (French/English) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects on production lines.

About The Position

We are looking for a Project Manager passionate about continuous improvement to join a team of professionals dedicated to optimizing production sites. You will be at the heart of lean initiatives, from the shop floor to management.
