Job summary

JobsMedia.io on the North Shore seeks a Manufacturing Project Manager to drive custom parts projects from design to delivery. You will liaison between clients, engineering, and the shop floor to ensure technical compliance, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, is eligible for OIQ, and has 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing. Proficiency in SolidWorks and knowledge of welding/sheet metal are assets.

Qualifications

• Must have a Mechanical Engineering degree and be eligible for OIQ membership.
• Five years of experience in project management, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or equivalent).
• Knowledge of welding and sheet metal work is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; team player.
• Strong French communication; English is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage custom parts and assembly manufacturing projects from quotation to delivery.

• Design or validate 3D drawings and models; propose optimizations.
• Plan resources, schedules, and production steps with the shop floor.

Your Role Reporting to management, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of manufacturing projects, from design to delivery. You are the link between clients, engineering, and the shop floor, ensuring that each project meets technical requirements, deadlines, and budget.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage custom parts and assembly manufacturing projects, from quotation to delivery

Desired Profile
