Project Manager, ISM (In-Store Marketing)

Join our team at TC Transcontinental.

We are seeking a Project Manager for our ISM team in Calgary. Reporting to the Client Services Supervisor, you will serve as a key liaison between the client and manufacturing. Your responsibilities include coordinating campaigns and projects through client briefing, campaign development, quoting, planning, production, kitting, and shipping. This position requires on-site work five days a week and may involve supporting other duties such as kitting and finishing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Post-secondary education in a related field, preferably Graphic Communications.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital print production and account services.
• Knowledge of in-store marketing execution, digital print processes, and substrates.
• Understanding of inventory management, kitting/distribution processes, and creative workflows.
• Proficiency in PC-based software, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
