Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a Project Manager to lead finance and accounting initiatives, with a strong focus on business process improvements and BI projects. You will guide cross-functional teams, design detailed work plans, and ensure deliverables meet scope and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in project management within finance/accounting, strong communication, and sharp analytical skills. PMP and ERP/PowerBI experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting Finance and Accounting
• Experience with leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives
• High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, and problem solving
• Ability to develop strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs

Job description

This is an opportunity to play a key role in managing technical and non-technical projects, such as business process improvement initiatives and Business Intelligence projects for the Finance and Accounting Team.

Key Responsibilities
