Project Manager – ICI Interiors
Kitchener/Waterloo | $110K–$125K + Bonus + Benefits

We’re working with a well-established ICI General Contractor with an expanding presence in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. They’re seeking a Project Manager to lead interior commercial fit-out projects — someone who can take ownership of project delivery, client relationships, and profitability from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage multiple commercial interiors projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and trades

  • Participate in RFPs, interviews, and support BD initiatives

  • Collaborate with Site Supers, PMs, and office teams to execute projects smoothly

  • Represent the company’s high standards in both delivery and client service

What You Bring:

  • 3–5+ years of PM experience in commercial interior construction

  • Background in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities

  • Proven success managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional, client-focused mindset with attention to detail and execution

  • Knowledge of project contracts, financials, and health & safety requirements

Nice to Have:

  • Presentation skills and comfort with client-facing scenarios (RFPs, interviews, etc.)

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow accounts and projects

  • Solid track record in managing high-end, complex interiors

The Offer:

  • $110K–$125K base salary
