Job summary

A leading general contractor in the Kitchener-Waterloo region is seeking a Site Superintendent with expertise in commercial interiors. Site Superintendent – ICI Interiors
Kitchener-Waterloo | $110K–$125K + Bonus + Benefits

An established ICI General Contractor in the GTA is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to manage high-end interior tenant improvement projects across the region. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid track record in commercial interiors who’s looking for long-term growth with a reputable builder.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all work is performed safely, on time, and to spec

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and office team to execute commercial interior fit-out projects

  • Coordinate subcontractors and trades, monitor quality, and enforce safety standards

  • Represent the company professionally on-site and uphold strong relationships with clients and consultants

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company protocols

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience (ideally tenant improvements/leasehold work)

  • 3+ years in a supervisory role managing interiors projects

  • WHMIS, Fall Arrest, Supervisor Health & Safety, and other MOL certifications

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Organized, solution-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease

  • Able to maintain a client-focused and professional work environment

Nice to Have:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

  • Leadership presence and ability to present well to clients

  • Experience managing complex commercial fit-out projects

  • Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset

The Offer:

  • Salary: $110K–$125K

  • Bonus: Annual (discretionary)
