The TELUS Health Pharmacy team is a diverse, cross-functional group involving stakeholders from enterprise pharmacy organizations, vendor integrations, care facilities, and independent pharmacies. Our product portfolio touches every aspect of the industry, including patients!

Impact & Goals

As a Project Manager I, you will ensure the successful delivery of software projects for enterprise clients. You will be the main contact between clients and technical teams, managing scope, risks, and execution to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget.

Your Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business needs.
  • Project Planning & Scoping: Lead discovery, define scope, objectives, and milestones.
  • Execution & Delivery: Manage timelines, dependencies, and resources to complete projects successfully.
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify and mitigate risks, manage changes to stay aligned with goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors for smooth execution.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address challenges collaboratively and proactively.
  • Project Communication: Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates.
Qualifications

We seek candidates who:

  • Have 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Possess a university degree in Commerce, Business, Healthcare Management, Computer Studies, or a Pharmacy Technician Diploma with relevant experience.
  • Have healthcare ecosystem experience (preferred).
  • Are experienced in managing enterprise client projects, ensuring business and technical alignment.
  • Can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have experience managing project scope, budgets, and risks, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Are proficient with project management tools and processes.
  • Possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Are bilingual in French and English.

English proficiency is essential for interacting with external and internal parties and using English-only IT tools, given the national scope.

Salary Range: $62,000-$94,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive: 10%
