Job description

HVAC Project Manager

The HVAC Project Manager will oversee reconstruction and modifications from beginning to end, offering a high level of organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and quality. They will be responsible for client communication, supervision of crews, and hitting deadlines. It will be important that this individual is capable of overseeing more than one job at once. Compensation: Ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on the relevant fit, skills, and experience of the suitable candidate. Additionally, there is an extended benefits program.

Required Qualifications:

1. Previous project management experience in the HVAC field
2. Demonstrated expertise in retrofits
3. Ability to supervise people, communicate with customers, and maintain organization
4. Formal education in refrigeration, plumbing, or mechanical fields would be an asset
5. Fluent in verbal and written English
6. Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada
7. Based in Lower Mainland with the ability to commute between projects and the office as required
