Job summary

ISG Search Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 5-month contract with probable extensions in the Greater Toronto area.

The role requires 5–7 years of direct project management experience, including process development and execution, with healthcare and technology project exposure. The position involves coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, developing comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, timelines, and risks, and delivering post-project evaluations.

Qualifications

• Must have a university or college degree in computer science or information systems related field.
• 5–7 years direct work experience in a project management capacity.
• Experience delivering projects in Healthcare and Technology industries.

Responsibilities

• Produce project work plans with stakeholders to establish scope, deliverables, budgets, schedules, resources, and risk management.
• Develop full-scale project plans and communications documents.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and timely.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and allocate resources; suggest budget changes as needed.
• Manage daily operational aspects of projects; enforce standards and mitigate risk for hospital operations.
• Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and milestones with appropriate tools.
• Develop, manage and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Conduct post mortems and produce recommendations to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.
• Lead development of standard operating procedures and business processes for project delivery.
