Job Summary:
This is a critical role supporting the GBCC team to deliver key internal transformation projects and wider Equinix cross-functional projects, ensuring that professional standards are followed. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering Global Policy, Process, People, and system change within GBCC, and be our key contact and coordinator on cross-functional Equinix projects – keeping our customers’ experience firmly at the heart of what we do.
With a strong focus on enabling the success of our GBCC Operation, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, capex management tracking, and running project review meetings. You will build effective relationships with global stakeholders internally, and with our wider Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Teams, ensuring successful program execution. Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning, communications, risk management, project/program delivery, and virtual team leadership.
