Title: Project Manager-SAP S4 and Procure-to-Pay (Large Enterprise)

Location: Remote (US-based and US time zones)

Duration: 6+ month contract

Compensation: $60-65/hr.

Work Requirements: , Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Project supporting: Ariba specifically, configurations, workflow, testing. S4-P2P/Procurement/AP background

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization as a Project Manager.
• This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP S/4 highly preferred, but technology ERP program experience required.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage business projects, and make sure they are completed on time, meet the needs of the client, and stay within budget.
• Create timelines and determine costs and resources needed.
• Generate a detailed plan and schedule for each stage of the project.
• Provide direction and coaching on project-specific tasks.
• Select supporting staff and lead a project team.
• Ensure that each stage progresses on time, on budget, and to the processes and quality standards of the company.
• Develop & implement processes for PM teams to complete activities according to current policies and practices; keep documentation organized; identify process improvements.
• Manage team to create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Report the project progress to senior managers and the client. Manage risks and manage to avoid delays.
  
  

Must-Haves:

• Experience with large ERP Implementations.
• Ability to build plans and schedules and manage tasks to completion across different teams.
• High-level understanding of integrations between systems, ability to coordinate and facilitate between system owners and middleware owners.
• Ability to drive conversations for issue resolution.
• Understanding how large SAP projects are run is a plus.
  
  

Experience and Deliverables:

• Create and communicate status reports/updates, drive to completion, and present to executive leadership.
• Support a large-scale SAP S4 Hana project.
• Work closely with the large integrator.
• Content Management (NTH)
• Understands system interface from legacy systems into ERP for consolidation and integration.
