Client Integration & Transformation
- Coordinate with teams to align internal processes with client needs.
- Document and finalize project scope with stakeholders.
- Lead high-priority projects from start to finish.
Risk Management
- Identify project risks and recommend solutions to address high-risk areas.
Reporting & Tracking
- Monitor project status, progress, and deadlines.
- Provide monthly updates to clients and executives, highlighting key developments and potential risks.
- Oversee strategy for resource planning and task allocation.
Team Management
- Manage virtual teams, including resource planning, recruitment, training, and team development.
- Ensure adherence to department policies and procedures.
- Support marketing and sales efforts by presenting workflows and services.
- Assist with client proposals and RFPs to secure new business.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for new services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with a proven track record in project management.
- Experience in Fund Administration, Private Credit, Private Markets, Asset Specialists.
- Experience in running workshops, managing rooms, designing operating models, walking through tech workflows, and whiteboarding.
- Experience in relationship management within financial services.
- Strong analytical skills in business analysis.
