AWS / CES is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager / Estimator for our Design client in Windsor, ON.

• Location : Windsor, ON
• Schedule : FULL-TIME / Temp to Hire
• Compensation : $25.00-$35.00 / HR

Responsibilities :

Manage all aspects of project execution from start to finish, including coordination of internal resources, vendors, and project costs.

Navigate and interpret architectural drawings to guide project decisions and communicate effectively with clients and teams.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, ensuring strong relationships and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee project scheduling, timelines, and shipment logistics to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.

Provide accurate cost estimations for projects (estimating experience is an asset).

Ensure all project deliverables meet quality, budget, and time expectations.

Qualifications :

MUST HAVE Degree in Architecture / OR Completion of Architect program

Proven experience managing construction or architectural projects with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A background in CAD is a strong asset for navigating architectural designs and specifications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for customer interaction and internal coordination.

Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
