Project Manager - Data Regulatory Compliance & Risk

Overview

Are you passionate about safeguarding client data? Do you thrive on ensuring controls and compliance in data management? We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee Data Regulatory Compliance & Risk within our Advanced Data Insights & Integration team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects to track and address data compliance and risk issues.
• Interpret technical documentation to produce compliance and risk reports.
• Identify and manage project risks and regulatory changes proactively.
• Track issues, escalate high-priority concerns, and collaborate on process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to security standards, policies, and external regulations.
• Work with Data Management and Business Office teams on privacy, model risk, and remediation content.
• Manage data collection projects using JIRA and document activities in Confluence.
• Contribute to organizational updates like roadmaps and dashboards.

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Strong technical knowledge of data, AI technologies, and control objectives.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, audits, and frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise data development.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
• Willingness to learn technical details.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Experience with privacy risk assessments and control evaluations.
• Ability to assess overall project risk with risk officers.
• Experience logging and tracking risks for remediation.
