With a reputation built on integrity, reliability, and quality workmanship, they are looking for an experienced results-driven and customer-focused Project Manager to join their growing team.Position Overview:
As the Project Manager – Damage Restoration, you will oversee multiple restoration projects from initial emergency response through to completion. You will coordinate with insurance adjusters, property owners, and internal teams to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the company’s high standards.Key Responsibilities:- Manage restoration projects (water damage, fire, flood, mold, etc.) from assessment to close-out.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, insurers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections, estimate damages, and develop work scopes.
- Prepare and review budgets, timelines, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Coordinate and schedule internal crews and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, invoices, and change orders.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with insurance adjusters and clients.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in damage restoration
- IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, FSRT) is preferred.
- Experience with Xactimate or other estimating software.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance restoration process.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
