Job summary

Integrated Exteriors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial masonry projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role requires 7+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, with masonry (or exterior envelope) background strongly preferred.

  • 7+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
  • Experience managing large-scale single-trade projects valued at $5 million or CM projects over $30 million.
  • Masonry experience preferred; exterior envelope/construction acceptable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and contract administration.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

  • Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Procure materials and coordinate deliveries.
  • Coordinate project sequencing to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with general contractors and other trades for smooth coordination.
  • Work with field superintendents to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitor project costs and maximize profitability.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
  • Identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or budget.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and quality expectations.
  • Complete project closeout documentation.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Blue Beam and Autodesk.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage complex situations and create positive outcomes.
  • Proven ability to be a positive leader
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
