Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong focus on business process improvement (BPI) or operational excellence.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and change management skills.
• Experience with process mapping tools and project management software.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.

About the Role
