Job summary

Iris Software is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Banking/AML) to drive technology initiatives for leading Canadian financial institutions in Toronto. You will navigate governance, manage stakeholders, and deliver on complex banking projects within a structured PMO framework.

Iris Software is hiring Project Manager (Banking/AML) multinational investment banking and financial services corporations. Our client is world-leading financial services companies, provides consumers, corporations, governments, and institutions with a broad range of financial services and products.

Location: Downtown Toronto (3-4 days/week in office)

Duration: Long-Term - Open ended SoW

Must Have

• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong experience within Canadian Banking
• Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies, processes, and governance
• Ability to manage stakeholders, timelines, risks, and project delivery

Strongly Preferred

• AML (Anti-Money Laundering) IT project experience
• Experience delivering technology-focused banking initiatives

Nice to Have

• PMO (Project Management Office) background

Ideal Candidate

An experienced Project Manager with a strong Canadian banking background, preferably having worked on AML technology initiatives. The candidate should have a solid grasp of PM best practices and be comfortable working in a structured governance environment. Product and PMO experience would be considered an asset.
