What does a File Manager with Paul Davis do?

  • Receive and open new claims
  • Answer and field telephone calls in a professional and upbeat manner
  • Receive and assist with staffing issues daily
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct of the operation
  • Liaise and communicate with customers, clients, vendors
  • Receive and handle invoices, correspondence
  • Assist in ensuring margins and performance metrics are met
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

  • 3-5 years office experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small or large group situations to customers, homeowners and employees in the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make prudent decisions
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, RMS and Xactimate

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
