eBrandon is seeking a Project Manager Assistant to support the Project Manager in planning, directing, and delivering restoration projects. You will help coordinate contractual requirements, create design drawings and project specs, and maintain client satisfaction and financial outcomes.

The role involves data entry, floor plan sketching, procurement coordination, and processing deductibles and invoicing. Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support in a project-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to track costs, schedules and generate basic project reports.
• Familiarity with accounting/scheduling software for job setup and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and assist with coordination.
• Deliver customer service for internal and external clients and maintain relationships.
• Assist in planning, cost tracking, scheduling, and mitigate risks affecting projects.
• Enter data into accounting and scheduling software and prepare project documentation.
• Sketch floor plans, coordinate materials and sub-trades, and process payments.
• Prepare statements of account and document project details for invoicing.
• Take meeting minutes and assist with reporting as required.

The Project Manager Assistant is responsible for assisting their assigned Project Manager in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned restoration projects.The ideal candidate will be required to assist their assigned Project Manager in coordination all contractual requirements, design drawings and project specifications.

The candidate will work with their assigned Project Manager to help achieve their respective project management objectives.This position reports directly to the assigned Project Manager and General Manager.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• ? Administrative support for Project Manager
• ? Customer service and support for internal and external customers
• ? Assisting the Project Manager in project coordination by influencing the various people, processes and tools used to plan, manage and mitigate cost and schedule issues and any risk events that may impact a project.
• ? Data entry of new restoration jobs (accounting & scheduling software)
• ? Sketching a job floor plans.
• ? Procurement of job required materials and coordination of sub-trades
• ? Coordinate and processing payment of deductibles.
• ? Prepare statement of account for completed jobs, incorporation pertinent job details for submission to accounting for invoicing.
• ? Job administration
