Kinetic Construction Ltd. in Victoria, BC is seeking a Project Manager to plan, schedule, organize, direct and evaluate construction projects from start to finish within schedule, budget and specs.

You will develop schedules, milestones and monitor progress, coordinating with subtrades and clients. The role requires a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least 5 years in ICI construction, with Procore and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in ICI Construction or related field.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and required standards.
• Complete understanding of construction means and methods.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.

The wage band for this position is $110,780 - $166,171, annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.
