Qualifications

• 3+ years in a foreperson role.
• Red Seal Carpentry Qualification preferred or equivalent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical, reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Provide input as needed to Superintendent charged with performance management and annual reviews. Intention to move into Superintendent role on smaller tenant improvement or low dollar value jobs with full performance management responsibilities.

The salary range for this position is $89,936 - $134,905 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications

• 3+ years of experience in a foreperson role
• Red Seal Carpentry Qualification preferred, similar qualification or equivalent experience
