Job summary

Kinetic Construction Ltd. (Kinetic) is seeking an Assistant Superintendent at our Victoria branch. You will provide regular crew direction, coaching, and feedback while supporting the Superintendent with performance management and annual reviews. Growth into a Superintendent role on smaller projects is anticipated.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software to manage site activities effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a foreperson role.
• Red Seal Carpentry Qualification preferred, similar qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and Scheduling Software.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular or constant crew direction, coaching and feedback.
• Intention to move into Superintendent role on smaller tenant improvements or low-dollar value jobs with full performance management responsibilities.
• Support input as needed to Superintendent charged with performance management and annual reviews.

The salary range for this position is $89,936 - $134,905 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.
