Job summary

Confidential Surrey-based general contractor in BC is seeking a Project Manager to own projects from preconstruction to handover, supported by an experienced team.

The role requires ground-up ICI PM experience, strong knowledge of foundations, concrete, and steel, and willingness to travel to sites across BC. Permanent, full-time with a vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• Ground-up ICI project management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of foundations, concrete and steel.
• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Willing to travel to sites across BC.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from preconstruction through to handover.
• Lead site preparation and manage an experienced project team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
