Job summary

Kumaran Systems is seeking a experienced professional to bridge business needs with technical delivery in a solution consultant role. You will support enterprise application releases, manage roadmaps, engage with vendors, and drive design discussions across banking tech projects.

Ideal candidates will have strong change-management, planning, and risk management skills, plus familiarity with large financial services environments and cross-functional coordination. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise application releases, upgrades, and project delivery.
• Ability to manage application roadmaps and planning cycles.
• Experience with vendor engagement and third-party coordination.
• Strong background in change request management.
• Hands-on release management including patches and upgrades.
• Ability to gather requirements and document specifications.
• Experience in design discussions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong project planning and progress tracking capability.
• Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies (infrastructure & integration).
• Strong stakeholder communication and risk management.
• Experience in financial services/banking tech preferred.
• Bridge business needs and technical delivery as a Solution Consultant.
• Nice-to-have knowledge of CGI - Trade360 and/or WAL.
