About the Role

On behalf of our client in the Banking industry, Astek Canada is seeking a motivated Project Manager ready to take on new challenges.

Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting a senior PM to execute regulatory projects.
• Being coached on Jira & Confluence tools to track progress; note that they will not be following Agile methodology.
• Pulling and consolidating data for the senior PM, relaying status updates, providing vacation coverage, and supporting detailed execution management.

Your Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience as PCO, ScrumMaster, or Junior PM.
• Post-secondary education in any discipline. PMP, CSM, and Scaled Agile certifications are assets.

Key Skills:

• 5 years of experience with JIRA & Confluence.
• Experience with PDLC and/or Agile methodologies.
• Regulatory experience (AML, BASIL).
• Experience as PA, PCO, or Scrum Master.
• Delivery experience.

Personal Qualities:

• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Autonomy and rigor in managing priorities.
