UNSW seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects enhancing student systems and digital capabilities, particularly within the Registrar & Student Services team. Why your role matters
UNSW is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of strategic initiatives that enhance student systems and digital capabilities, with a primary focus on the Registrar & Student Services (RaSS) team within the Division of Education and Student Experience (DESE).
In this senior role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of projects, aligning business objectives with technical solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the student experience. You will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable plans, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership, and ensuring that project outcomes deliver real value to the University.
Working closely with the Registrar & Director, Student Services team, you will report to the Senior Project Manager, Strategic Technology & Governance Planning, and lead two direct reports. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication of risks and progress, and a clear understanding of digital transformation in a university setting will be essential for success in this role.
