Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a top Insurance client by leading end-to-end delivery and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, system enhancements, and application initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of project management experience in regulated industries, strong stakeholder communication skills, and a proven ability to manage timelines, risks, and priorities from planning through implementation.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Project Management experience guiding business and technology initiatives.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries.

Location: Hybrid 2x every 2 weeks in Waterloo, ON

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a variety of business and technology initiatives for a top Insurance client. This individual will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements, system enhancements, and application-related initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can manage multiple priorities, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strong balance of project execution, communication, and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive initiatives from planning through implementation.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3-5+ years of Project Management experience leading business and technology-focused projects
• Insurance, financial services, or other regulated industry experience
• Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communications
• Experience supporting projects involving business process changes, front-end applications, and back-end systems
• Strong ability to manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business leaders
• Strong reporting and presentation skills, including providing project updates to leadership and key stakeholders

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other Project Management certifications
