Estampro is looking for a Project Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide quotes to our institutional and corporate clients
2. Process orders and ensure that technical drawings comply with Estampro standards
3. Establish the production schedule and the responsibilities of each team member
4. Transmit the production schedule to members of the project team and to the client
5. Participate in weekly project team meetings and ensure that each member completes their tasks within project deadlines
6. Hold weekly phone meetings with the client for project follow-ups
7. Ensure the transfer of requirements to technical and production managers during prototyping and production
8. Organize and lead final review meetings at the end of prototyping and production phases
9. Collect members’ feedback and suggestions for improvement (process, problems, profitability, etc.) and implement these recommendations
10. Perform price changes resulting from revisions to client drawings
11. Ensure that raw material costs are reflected in the client’s unit price
12. Ensure client satisfaction at each organizational level
13. Assist and integrate production automation projects

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Excellent time management and organization skills
2. Ease with 2D and 3D drawing software
3. Excellent knowledge in reading technical plans
4. Experience in using a manufacturing information system (ERP)
5. Keen sense of customer service and loyalty strategies
6. Mechanical Engineering university degree or DEC would be an asset
7. Experience in metal fabrication, an asset
8. Bilingualism, positive energy in the workplace, and team spirit
