The purpose of this role is to drive and oversee the delivery of assigned projects, ensuring objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost, and quality constraints.

Job Description : Overview :

As a Project Manager on our Promotion and Loyalty team, you will manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, and expectations throughout the development of our projects. You will ensure high quality, provide day-to-day management, monitoring, and control of program activities, and offer program leadership across the organization. You will partner with our Client Services team and work closely across all disciplines—creative, front and back-end development, quality assurance, and strategy and insights. You will report to the Manager, Project Management.

This is a remote role. Employees within 90 minutes of our NY, MI, or IL offices may expect 1 day a week onsite.

Description and Responsibilities :

• Provide guidance and leadership to cross-functional Delivery teams.
• Act as the primary day-to-day client liaison and advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage business within assigned accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and achieve desired program results.
• Serve as an expert on client’s best practices and brands, translating this knowledge into effective business and marketing tactics.
• Monitor project progress against plans, including budgets, timelines, quality criteria, and risk management.
• Represent the client’s needs appropriately to internal team members.
• Proactively identify or clarify issues and make recommendations to resolve them.
• Act as an internal quality control check to ensure programs meet client requirements.
• Describe client requirements, collaborate on deliverables, and support ongoing client activities.
• Proactively solve day-to-day problems, exercising good judgment in solving issues and knowing when to escalate.
• Identify and document program strategies, business requirements, technical requirements, and timelines to support client deliverables and company goals.

Qualifications :

• 4-6 years of professional experience managing technical or digital projects.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project.
• Familiarity with Project Management and Time Tracking tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
