Project management resources must have IMIT project management experience in the healthcare sector, along with industry-recognized certifications or education.
Provide project management and coordination services for various IMIT projects, following practices outlined in the Project Management Institute's PMBOK.
Use specific templates for reporting and meet minimum standards for project activities, including the completion of a project charter, scope management, schedule, and resource management.
Possess significant stakeholder engagement expertise, with healthcare experience and prior work in the North being advantageous.
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for developing project plans such as the project charter, schedule, resource plan, and budget, along with other management plans as per PMBOK. Monthly reporting is required for assigned projects.
Facilitate planning workshops and lead project teams in a highly matrixed environment.
Allocate project management work to appropriate levels of experience and skill, providing options for expert, senior, and intermediate resources.
