The Opportunity: Reporting to the Director of Project Management Office, the Senior Project Manager will oversee various corporate projects, ensuring project management fundamentals are applied to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include:

1. Initiating, planning, executing, and controlling multiple projects with business teams, IT, and third parties.
2. Managing project scope, risk, schedule, cost, quality, and communication.
3. Determining staffing needs, coordinating with resource managers, and leading multidisciplinary teams through all project phases, including coaching and motivation.
4. Contributing to the evolution of the Project Management Office, documenting assets, delivering presentations, and mentoring.
5. Reporting project statuses regularly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years project management experience in IT solutions, including system integration, software implementation, infrastructure deployment, and custom software projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations and manage ambiguity.
• Ability to analyze reports, interpret data, and identify trends for targeted activities.
• Effective collaboration and influencing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task.
• In progress or achieved PMP Certification is an asset.

Salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000 annually.
