Qualifications

The Project Manager is responsible for managing day to day issues involved in various projects, maintaining good cost records for each project in regards to installation, reviewing, and extra-to-contract costs and being an effective liaison between the customer, site, drafting and production departments.

Role and responsibilities:

• Oversee and document all aspects of the project, work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project are on schedule
• Coordinating with team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and scope of work.
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
• Conducting a post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

What we are looking for ?

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, construction engineering or equivalent;
• 3-5 years of experience in project management in construction
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software;
• Knowledge of computer-aided design (Autocad). Knowledge of aSa program (an asset);
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Fast learner and ability to meet deadlines;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Autonomy and efficiency;
• Patience and ability to work under pressure;
