Their facilities have grown into a large, modern manufacturing plant equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machines, CAD software, and advanced finishing equipment. As one of the largest custom shops in Atlantic Canada, they specialize in producing high-quality millwork, custom casework, architectural woodwork, and finish carpentry, primarily serving commercial and institutional customers in the construction industry across Atlantic Canada and New England. On their behalf, we are seeking a Project Manager to join a dynamic team committed to excellence. This full-time, permanent role involves leading projects to successful completion by ensuring they stay on budget, on schedule, and exceed client expectations. Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in AutoCAD, with post-secondary education in Finish Carpentry, Cabinet Making or Carpentry. Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office and Microvellum are valuable additional qualifications. Success in this role requires a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving, strong technical aptitude, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A high level of organization, reliability, self-motivation, and proactivity are essential, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
