En tant que chef de projet, vous serez au cœur de l'exécution du projet de notre zone de marché, en garantissant la livraison ponctuelle des pièces et une communication de qualité avec les clients. Vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la satisfaction des attentes des clients, le respect des obligations contractuelles et l'atteinte des objectifs de sécurité, de qualité, de calendrier et de budget. Vos responsabilités comprendront la communication avec les parties prenantes et la gestion des relations avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les unités internes.

Équipe à laquelle vous appartiendrez :

Vous rejoindrez une équipe d'experts en gestion de projets passionnés par la fourniture de solutions clés en main à nos clients. Nous travaillons actuellement sur plusieurs projets majeurs de rénovation, de mise à niveau et de maintenance partout au Canada.

Nous travaillons en étroite collaboration avec les intervenants internes, tels que notre groupe des services sur le terrain et des ventes. Notre culture d'équipe repose sur la collaboration.

Ce que vous ferez :


  • Gérer les contrats clés en main de service sur le terrain et de LCS conformément aux processus, outils et politiques mondiaux de Metso.
  • Superviser l'exécution du projet, en veillant à ce que les ressources soient allouées efficacement pour répondre aux attentes des clients et aux obligations contractuelles.
  • Organiser des réunions de lancement internes et externes pour définir les objectifs du projet et clarifier les questions contractuelles.
  • Élaborer des calendriers de projet, en coordination avec divers départements de Metso à l'aide de MS Project.
  • Collaborer avec le personnel de soutien technique pour concevoir des procédures, des outils spéciaux, des gabarits et des montages.
  • Tenir des registres de la progression de l'installation et des informations techniques pour tous les événements de service sur le terrain.
  • Coordonner les activités sur le terrain avec les clients et leurs sous-traitants.
  • Gérer les leçons apprises, identifier les opportunités d'amélioration continue et fournir des commentaires aux parties prenantes.


Qui êtes-vous :


  • La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (parler, lire et écrire) est souhaitable.
  • Les candidats ayant de l'expérience dans l'exécution de projets dans les secteurs minier ou de l'équipement lourd sont encouragés à postuler.
  • Une certification en gestion de projet ou un diplôme professionnel pertinent est un atout.
  • La maîtrise de SAP est requise ; une expérience de Salesforce est bénéfique.
  • Un permis de conduire valide et la capacité d'obtenir et de conserver un passeport valide.
  • La connaissance des produits d'équipement capital Metso, en particulier des concasseurs, est avantageuse.
  • Compréhension des termes et conditions commerciaux et juridiques.
  • La capacité de lire et de comprendre les dessins techniques est un atout.
  • Relations clients avancées et compétences interpersonnelles.

Introduction:

As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our Market Area Project execution, ensuring timely delivery of parts and quality customer communication. You will play a crucial role in meeting customer expectations, fulfilling contract obligations, and achieving targets for safety, quality, schedule, and budget. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder communication and relationship management with customers, suppliers, and internal units.

You will join a team of project management experts who are passionate about providing turnkey solutions to our customers. We are currently working on several major retrofit/upgrade/maintenance projects across Canada.

We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as our Field Services and Sales group. Our team culture is all about getting it done together.

What you’ll do:


  • Manage Field Service and Life Cycle Services (LCS) turnkey contracts in line with Metso’s global processes, tools, and policies.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet customer expectations and contract obligations.
  • Conduct internal and external kick-off meetings to define project goals and clarify contractual issues.
  • Develop project schedules, coordinating with various Metso departments using MS Project.
  • Collaborate with technical support staff to design procedures, special tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Maintain records of installation progress and technical information for all field service events.
  • Coordinate field activities with customers and their contractors.
  • Manage lessons learned, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and provide feedback to stakeholders.


Who you are:


  • Fluency in English and French (speaking, reading, and writing) is desirable.
  • Candidates with experience in project execution in the mining or heavy equipment industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Project management certification or a relevant professional degree is an asset.
  • Proficiency in SAP is required; Salesforce experience is beneficial.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport.
  • Knowledge of Metso capital equipment products, especially crushers, is advantageous.
  • Understanding of commercial and legal terms and conditions.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings is a bonus.
  • Advanced customer relations and interpersonal skills.
