Job summary

Radian Robotics Inc. in Ontario, Hamilton is seeking a Project Manager to drive customer excellence from PO to SAT, leading projects across product lines, system upgrades, and new developments.

You will collaborate with a cohesive team to deliver innovative automation solutions and make a meaningful impact on customers and the business. The role emphasizes planning, scheduling, resource management, and commissioning activities, with occasional North American travel and reimbursement of travel

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in managing projects.
• 3+ years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• 3+ years experience with robotics applications/integration.
• Experience with automated Project Management Software
• Microsoft Office and some knowledge of ERP/MRP/CRM Systems necessary
• Completed training in a Project Management course

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales to document scope, objectives, success criteria, and delivery dates for the customer and manage throughout the project.
• Create, manage, and maintain detailed internal project schedules.
• Manage projects with focus on budgets and timelines, including milestones and changes to contract.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings with the PM team and document actions and decisions.
• Maintain all project documentation (PO, SO, minutes, checklists, sign-offs) clearly.
• Organize and prepare for commissioning activities to meet customer expectations.
• Report any deviations from timeline or budget and implement corrective actions.

Job description

At Radian Robotics, our Project Managers play a key role in bringing innovative automation solutions from concept to completion. As Radian continues to grow, we are looking for talented individuals who are excited to help strengthen and evolve our Project Management team.

The key focus will be driving “Customer Excellence” through intuitive, simple, and effective project management systems of projects from PO to SAT. A strong emphasis will be directed to collaborating with a strong and cohesive team that will be able to quickly adapt to both Radians and the customers needs. The Project Manager will provide leadership in the creation, maintenance and monitoring of key project activities including planning, schedules, hours and resources.

Duties and Responsibilities

Work with Sales to ensure that purchase order terms, project scope, objectives, success criteria, and delivery dates are clearly documented, reviewed with customer and managed throughout the project.

Create, manage, and maintain detailed internal project schedules.

Manage assigned projects with a focus on adhering to project budgets and timelines effectively. Including all milestones, changes to contract, internal review meetings, designing and building to customer expectations.

Organize and facilitate project meetings with the PM team (kickoff, status, review). Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions made at meetings.

Maintain all project documentation (PO, SO, Meeting minutes, checklists, sign offs) in a clear and organized manner, following internal processes and procedures.

Organize, plan, and prepare for commissioning activities to meet the expectations of the customers.

Ensure any deviation from a project timeline or budgeted cost are reported immediately and any necessary corrective actions are followed to correct or address the situation.

Qualifications and Experience

College or University Degree or Diploma in a related field

3+ years’ experience in managing projects.

3+ years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

3+ years experience with robotics applications/integration.

Experience with automated Project Management Software

Microsoft Office and some knowledge of ERP/MRP/CRM Systems necessary

Completed training in a Project Management course

Excellent Organizational skills
