Qualifications

• Proven experience managing ICI new build projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively guiding project teams.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades.
• At least 10 years in a project management role within the construction industry, ideally with a Developer or General Contractor/Construction Manager.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project schedule, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with the Project Management team, providing regular updates on project status, anticipated delays, or scope changes.
• Lead a dedicated project team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with trades, fostering strong relationships to optimize project efficiency.
