Salary: $90k - $135k + bonus

Our client, a reputable consulting firm, is looking for a skilled Project Manager to manage with experience working with buildings projects, to coordinate and execute projects through the development, legal, administrative, financial and delivery stages. This firm is well established and has a strong reputation in the industry.

THE ROLE
In this role as a Project Manager, at either an intermediate or preferably senior level, you will oversee project phases through design development, construction documents preparation, and construction period services. This is a unique role with a very reputable firm and this role would be a great fit for Project Managers with backgrounds in construction, property management/real estate, architecture or other industries and where there is a focused experience on client and stakeholder liaison, from the beginning stages of design right through to execution.
You will also oversee the financials and schedules for projects, ensuring the successful execution of of them in collaboration with senior partners and architects in the firm.

WHAT'S REQUIRED

• Minimum 10years’ relevant experience in the North American Architectural Industry with at least 6 years of experience in project management
• Experience liaising with jurisdictions and working through legal and financial processes of development projects
• Proven ability to run projects independently
• A range of project experience with large projects and private project experience preferred
• Good knowledge of the Alberta Building code and construction principles
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
